Q: What are the steps of the interview process?

Q: What is Super Saturday and how does information technology work? When is it and how practise I prepare for it?
A: Super Sat is the final round in the Associates Program application, and think of it like a giant preview 24-hour interval.
Nosotros kick things off with a dinner Friday nighttime, and so on Saturday, candidates will have a total day where they are immersed in diverse scenarios/situations and are assessed on their responses.

A: Each Associate has an intake session with the program managers before each rotation to discuss their interests also equally the needs of the business for that quarter. We practise our best to make sure each rotation aligns with personal goals/development and the areas that demand support in each expert group! And there is opportunity to permanently place onto a team/function post-obit completion of the program, also known equally "final placement" (which is dependent on a number of factors, and in that location will be an in-depth final placement process to determine that)!
A similar procedure is done for the internship. FYI - Interns practise not rotate the during summertime, their placement is fix for the full 10-calendar week experience!
